Global USD prices are catalogue starting points for the described initial scope. They are not a binding quote, automatic currency conversion, or promise that every project fits a package.

A project starts only after the parties approve a proposal or contract that states scope, exclusions, milestones, payment terms, revision boundaries, dependencies, third-party costs, and acceptance conditions.

Project contracts control
