• Information you choose to send through direct email or WhatsApp, which is also subject to the provider you choose.

Delivery and service providers

The website is hosted using infrastructure providers and the inquiry is delivered through the configured business email provider. ReikiDevs currently uses Resend for transactional email when enabled. Website analytics may use Google Analytics when configured.

These providers may process technical or submitted information under their own service terms and privacy commitments. Do not place confidential credentials, passwords, or special-category personal data in the inquiry form.

Retention and security

Inquiry messages may remain in the business inbox and related systems for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate the request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet applicable obligations.

ReikiDevs applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
